Forsyth County Administration Building Rooftop Unit Replacement
In an effort to increase energy efficiency in one of its buildings in Cumming Georgia, Forsyth County decided to replace three large rooftop units that serve the entire administration building. Since the building is 100 percent occupied, all work needed to be performed after hours to ensure no lapse in tenant comfort. Forsyth County chose Comfort Systems USA Southeast (CSUSASE) to perform the job.
The CSUSASE team:
• Coordinated directly with the equipment manufacturer to ensure that all specification and schedule needs were met.
• Performed project from start to finish in one weekend to ensure that the HVAC system was fully functional before the tenants arrived for work on Monday morning.
• Seamlessly integrated new units into existing BAS system to ensure maximum energy efficiency and control
